NRG helps people do better business through developing business relationships first.
We run business networking lunches. Attendees are mainly independent professionals who are either self-employed or work for small or medium sized businesses.
Why do business people come along? - for different reasons, including:
they hate cold calling ...
... but are anxious about their new business pipeline they feel isolated in business
... and frustrated they have to do everything themselves
they are concerned they are falling behind in their skills
Relationships first - business second
We help you develop those vital new business relationships over a relaxed, structured yet informal lunch. We even give each attendee the opportunity to make seating requests.
The other lunch attendees are not your market, they are your route to market.
We know that long term business is done better when you know, like and trust the other person. Hence the emphasis on getting to know people first. When they do know, like and trust you they are more likely to refer you to their contacts for business. We call this Advocate Marketing - and it works!
There are two other aspects to what we offer which makes NRG different:
We run a business seminar before each lunch. These are aimed at the business professional and are on business or personal development topics. Speakers are chosen by their expetise and communications ability. They offer pragmatic advice and you can always take away something to apply to your business immediately.The seminars are optional and the cost is included as part of the lunch charge.
We offer a business networking mentoring service to our members. When you join we review with you, on a one-to-one basis, your networking objectives, your business niche and how to communicate effectively when networking.We also offer seminars and workshops on different aspects of networking.
